  • Expedited Shipping: Available for a fee of $24.90.
  • Upon placing your order, you'll receive an estimated delivery time based on item availability. Delivery dates are approximate and may vary.

2. Shipping Procedure, Tracking Number, and Insurance

  • Our goal is to provide exceptional shipping options to our global customers. The delivery timeframe is divided into:

      • Expedited Shipping: 4-7 business days.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days for products that have NOT BEEN USED, WORN, or ALTERED, must have ALL tags/stickers attached, and accompanied by the original sale receipt.

3.2 Exchanges

  • Exchange requests must be received within 21 days of receiving your order. We will assist in fulfilling your exchange request.
  • If the desired item is not available, we can help you find an alternative or process a refund, provided the item falls within our return policy.
  • Special offers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • For size-related issues, a single exchange for the same item is allowed.

3.3 Returns and Exchanges Procedure

  • Items must be returned unused and in original condition within 30 days. We recommend obtaining proof of posting and insuring the return shipment.
  • In case of disputes, retain proof of sending. Without it, we cannot process exchanges if the returned items are not received.
  • All returns must be sent to our office within 30 days of receiving your order. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds for returns will be processed within 14 days of receiving the item and will be issued to the original payment method (original shipping charges are non-refundable).
  • For exchanges, the desired product will be shipped within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

4. Damaged or Defective Goods

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 14 days for a free exchange or full refund.
  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the damaged item, processed through the original payment method.
  • Replacement items will be shipped within 14 days of us receiving the defective product.

  • We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to fire, flood, severe weather, or government actions.

Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (including returns); no restocking fee will be charged for the return of products.
